Join us for "A Nativity Story" as we hear from various Nativity Set pieces.
Nativity sets! We likely all seen them, and many of us own a set (or more than one). They serve as a reminder of the events that took place oh, so many years ago on that first Christmas. Likely, we’ve looked at the characters of these sets and thought about those they represent. But, what if these pieces looked at us and our lives, what would they think? And what if they were able to tell us? Join us on for “A Nativity Story” as we “hear” the from various Nativity Set pieces, starting this week with the angel Gabriel who has gone from being the one who made the announcement of Jesus’ birth to the shepherds, to now being the one who is ignored by the busyness and distractions of our lives. Today we consider “God’s Quiet Glory” and how He draws near when we make space for him. The apostle John captures this thought in his gospel” John 1:14 (MSG) 14 The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, Generous inside and out, true from start to finish. All videos are used with permission.
